Join us!

Who are we?

Our membership is Christian, non-denominational, ages 18 and older. We are blessed with teachers, scholars, students, and grad students. Many more are readers who love Lewis’ work and desire to learn more about him.  We don’t idolize Lewis, but we’re inspired by him, by his work and his faith in Christ. He was charitable, humble, and lived a faithful life sharing the gospel as Christians are called to do – no matter our circumstances.

We hope you’ll join our community of “mere Christians”  as we seek to cultivate faith, reason, and imagination.

Come to learn, come to share, and find your place at our table.

“There are no ordinary people. You have never talked to a mere mortal. Nations, cultures, arts, civilizations—these are mortal, and their life is to ours as the life of a gnat. But it is immortals whom we joke with, work with, marry, snub, and exploit—immortal horrors or everlasting splendors.”
C.S. Lewis —The Weight of Glory and Other Addresses
